As our new Customer Care Team Leader no two days will be the same while you manage, coach and mentor your team to drive their success, so we're looking for people who are confident leaders and communicators.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Act as a role model by leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Customer Care Consultants to achieve optimum performance
- Conduct regular performance development discussions and planning meetings with all direct reports to clearly identify targets, as well as opportunities for career development and succession planning
- Support and work collaboratively with other key stakeholders across the business to drive outstanding service for our customers
- Pro-actively look for ‘better ways of working’ and implement and integrate process improvements in line with the overall business strategy
- Ensure customer care key performance indicators are achieved and customer service expectations are exceeded
- Create a supportive, fun and engaging environment for our Customer Care team by being visible and leading by example
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience leading a customer service team in a high-pressure environment
- Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop team members
- Lead by example promoting our ‘customer first’ value
- Focus on process improvements to ensure all KPI’s are met consistently
- Thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
