Internal applications are now open for the position of Alinta Assist Specialist - Hardship. Based in our Perth office and reporting to Alinta Assist Team Leader, Kayleigh Morris, you will assist customers who are facing vulnerable circumstances, including Life Support, family violence and hardship, to effectively work with and alongside customers to best support the needs of customers and other key stakeholders. This role will give you the opportunity to showcase your excellent customer service skills and strengthen our customer loyalty.
We have two opportunities available, one permanent role and one 12-month secondment.
