Young Bucks Early Learning Centres are seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable and inspiring educator (certificate III or higher) to join our Early Learning Centres in Treendale, Dardanup and Busselton on a permanent ongoing basis. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA-
- Current Working with Children Card
- Current First Aid (HTLAID012) in an Education and Care setting. (Includes asthma and anaphylaxis) or willing to obtain
- Qualification of Certificate 3 (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Extensive skills, knowledge and experience with the Education and Sevices National Law and Regulations (WA)
- Reliable and displays emotional maturity and resilience
- High level of communication skills both verbal and written
- Working rights in Australia and willing to undertake background checks
- Available to work rotating shifts 6:30am-6:00pm
- Minimum 24 months working as an educator
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE , BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO-
- Lead the Room and work in collaboration in the development and implementation of the program and day-to-day operation of our rooms, in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Collaborate with the Educational Leader and Director to develop, implement, and assess the educational program and Centre procedures, providing a high-quality program for all children and families.
- Assist all staff in meeting the needs, supervision, health, and safety of all children
- Promote the highest standard of care for children in accordance with the National Quality Standards
- Implement and maintain the room's routine and the services' procedures
- Meet the needs, supervision, health and safety of all children
- Foster positive relationships with children and families
- Document children's skills and interests and maintaining a cycle of reflective practice
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,835.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
