TEN Recruitment is working closely with a leading WA contractor to recruit an experienced Finishing Site Manager . This rare opportunity involves overseeing the final delivery stages of a prestigious new headquarters, managing high-end finishes and fit-out works. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site activities, ensuring the program runs on time and within budget.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to deliver a premium-quality finish.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, leading toolbox talks and safety audits.
- Coordinate finishing works, addressing site challenges efficiently to maintain momentum.
- Maintain accurate site records and provide progress reports to senior management.
- Proven experience managing fit-out and finishing works on large commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and site compliance.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver high-end finishes while managing multiple trades.
- Proficiency in construction software is advantageous.
- Perth-based experience with full Australian work rights.
- $160k - $170k + Super | Negotiable based on experience
