TEN Recruitment is searching for a highly capable Site Manager to lead large-scale construction projects across WA. - Lead full site operations from groundworks through to handover.
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
- Enforce WHS compliance, safety audits, inductions, and site documentation.
- Monitor project milestones, reporting updates and resolving site challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience managing medical, institutional, or commercial builds valued $20M+.
- Background in FIFO or remote projects (highly regarded).
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of WHS, site safety, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to run multiple teams and subcontractor packages with confidence.
- Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights are essential.
- Salary up to $200k + Super + FIFO Uplift , based on experience.
- Option to lead Perth-based or FIFO projects depending on your preference.
- Secure pipeline of healthcare and commercial builds.
