Description:
· Oversee and manage the daily operations of the business, ensuring efficient and smooth service delivery while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
· Collaborate with the chef and kitchen team to develop menu offerings that showcase authentic Japanese flavours, incorporate seasonal ingredients, and cater to customer preferences.
· Oversee the procurement, inventory management, and stock control systems to ensure the availability of ingredients, minimize waste, maintain quality standards, and stay within budget constraints.
· Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and performance, consistently evaluate processes, and make adjustments to ensure consistent food quality, service delivery, and an enhanced customer experience aligned with business objectives.
· Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring the business operates to the highest industry standards.
· Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control costs, and maximize business profitability through effective operational practices.
· Handle customer feedback and address any concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive experience.
· Oversee the selection, training, and supervision of staff, ensuring a cohesive team that delivers excellent customer service and maintains high standards in food quality.
· Continuously evaluate market trends, customer preferences, and competitors, while actively engaging with customers to gather feedback and make adjustments that enhance the customer experience and drive business competitiveness.
· Manage staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage during peak times and clear communication across the team to streamline operations.
· Lead and implement marketing and advertising strategies, utilizing social media, in-store promotions, and local engagement to promote seasonal menus and special events, aimed at attracting new customers, driving foot traffic, and increasing community engagement.
· Participate in developing and adjusting pricing strategies based on market demand, competitor pricing, and product costs.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
