About the Role
Working with the staff at each service you will provide much needed time away from the floor for our educators. You will be on hand to ensure the program runs smoothly and necessary documentation and observations are being supported.
- Work closely with co-educators to ensure a smooth transition while they step off the floor
- Observe children and document in line with National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework
About You
As a qualified Early Childhood Educator with a passion for educating children and working in a collaborative environment you will be able to demonstrate your professionalism, flexibility, leadership and how you incorporate First Nations perspectives in your pedagogy and practice.
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Current Victorian Working with Children Check (employer)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Experience working with children is essential
- Exposure to a Kindergarten setting is desirable
- Flexible and adaptable approach to your environment
