The Opportunity:

The Head of Communications and Engagement position is an exciting opportunity to help influence the state's largest and most impactful health infrastructure projects. This position will play a lead part in the planning and implementation of communication and engagement strategies for the Victorian Health Building Authority's major projects!

  • Lead team management and demonstrate effective leadership to build high quality outputs for your team
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and oversee project-related communications risks and issues to developing mitigation strategies

We are looking for:

  • Demonstrates the ability to plan and execute project communications by outlining clear objectives that align with the project objectives
  • A structured approach to identifying risks and solving problems.
  • Has the ability to think outside the box, propose new ideas, and drive change within VHBA!
