Our client is seeking a motivated and friendly Outbound Customer Service Representative to join a market leading mutlifacted services business specialsiing in Plumbing, Electrical and Roofing. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to existing and potential customers to provide service information, resolve inquiries, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your ability to build strong relationships, actively listen, and communicate effectively will be key in ensuring customer loyalty and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to customers to update services and coordinate with technicians

Provide accurate information about services, and promotions in a clear and friendly manner.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Update customer records in the CRM system and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns.

Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals, including call volume, sales targets, and customer satisfaction scores.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines during customer interactions.

Report any customer feedback or product issues to the appropriate team for improvement.
Qualifications:

Previous customer service or outbound customer service experience is preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.

Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a fast-paced environment.

Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.

Basic computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
