Boggabri Coal Operations (BCO) is seeking a HR Advisor for a permanent 12-month fixed term contract (leave relief) to enhance HR processes, support leaders, and ensure compliance across our operations.About the Role
Reporting to the HR Superintendent, you will play a key role in:
- Developing and implementing HR systems to manage compliance, leadership alignment, and employee engagement
- Advising and coaching leaders on HR policies, procedures, and performance management
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent
- Enhancing HR reporting and leveraging systems like SAP and SuccessFactors for business improvement
We are looking for a proactive, solutions-focused HR professional with:
A formal qualification preferably in Human Resources or Employment Relations
- Minimum two years’ HR experience, with a focus on HR system development and implementation
- Mining or heavy industry experience (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with leaders and stakeholders
- Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP, or other ERP systems (highly regarded)
- A valid driver’s licence
