- You will be responsible for assessing and providing therapy for a variety of developmental needs.
- Treating children under 15, many of whom struggle with sensory processing challenges and developmental delays, you will be working with families and schools to support children in reaching their full potential.
- Writing comprehensive reports updating families of clients of their progress and adjust your therapy based on the needs of your client.
If you are looking to upskill in a particular area of interest, this Organisation offers a $2000 annual Professional Budget with 3 days Professional Development leave to support you. With weekly team meetings to discuss challenges in your caseload and opportunities to learn from Senior Occupational Therapists, this role will set you up for success! Career progression is support, with opportunities to take on Leadership responsibilities if you so desire.
