Are you ready to take your career to new heights? Boeing Defence Australia is seeking a talented Project Management Specialist to join our Tactical Data Link Test and Evaluation Services (TDL TES) program, based in the vibrant city of Brisbane.
What You'll Do:
* Independently develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and project task requirements.
* Direct projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.
* Lead and manage the project's operating rhythm while creating and communicating regular project updates.
* Identify and manage risks, issues, and opportunities, including proactive escalation of "Help needed."
* Engage with relevant stakeholders to support the successful execution of project objectives.
* Work to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision-makers.
* Collaborate with the project team to debrief on task deliverables and compile lessons learned along with corresponding corrective actions.
About You: You are a collaborative leader with a passion for project management. Your technical skills, effective communication, and relationship-building strengths will be vital in supporting our TDL TES Program. You thrive in both autonomous and team environments, driving project outcomes and continuous improvement.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with various stakeholders and foster collaboration.
* Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and adapt easily to fast-changing situations.
* Experience applying project management skills in a high-functioning, fast-paced environment.
* Formal qualifications in Project Management, Project Scheduling, Business, or Management are desired; however, prior experience will be considered.
* Ability to tailor information and data for presentation to various stakeholders and levels of management is highly desirable.
* Applicants must be Australian Citizens and hold, or have the ability to obtain, an Australian defence security clearance.
