Are you a digitally savvy professional with a passion for ecommerce, data, and customer engagement? We’re seeking an Online Sales & Lead Management Specialist to join a dynamic team within the automotive sector for a 12-month fixed-term contract (including leave entitlements).About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, and optimising an ecommerce platform, leading digital customer retention strategies, and delivering insights to support commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Launch and manage the ecommerce platform to drive product sales and customer retention
• Manage lead generation and reporting across digital channels
• Provide funnel and campaign analysis, and report on program performance
• Develop initiatives to engage lapsed and existing customers across the authorised network
• Liaise with dealers and external partners to support digital marketing activity
• Manage inbox enquiries related to service offers and campaign activity
What We’re Looking For:
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related field
• Experience in ecommerce and digital engagement is highly regarded
• Proficiency in Excel (must-have); working knowledge of Google or Adobe Analytics is also preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to interpret data, produce insights, and deliver practical recommendations
• Experience with reporting tools or CRM systems highly regarded
