BillyLids Therapy is excited to share that our new clinic in Norman Park is now open! The clinic is led by our experienced Practice Lead, Robyn, who brings 14 years experience and a deep passion for supporting children and their families.
To compliment our team, we’re looking for:
An Occupational Therapist – all levels of experience welcome! We’re after someone with a genuine passion for paediatric practice and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Who is BillyLids Therapy?
BillyLids is a close-knit, family-owned practice run by two clinician sisters—one a Speech-Language Pathologist and the other an Occupational Therapist—where collaboration and shared values guide everything we do. We take pride in fostering a playful, ethical, kind, inquisitive, and empowering environment.
We are passionate about supporting and nurturing our staff through inter-professional and rewarding work environment practices that includes peer to peer mentoring, in-house training and paid time off for CPD attendance.
The caseload:

Dedicated paediatric practice supporting children under 10 and their families

Responsible for providing evidence based assessment, planning and intervention for children.

Achievable KPI’s- maximum of five clients per day with a soft landing.

Hybrid model - four in clinic sessions per day complemented by one community visit.
The benefits:

Above award salary: $80,000- $100,000 + superannuation, depending on clinical expertise.

Five weeks of annual leave each year.

Not required to work on public holidays.

Well resourced clinic with a budget to procure clinician preferred resources as required.

A variety of opportunities to meet continuing professional development requirements, including peer to peer supervision, paid time off to attend external CPD and a CPD budget.

Supportive leadership and management team.

Administrative support for scheduling and managing caseload.

Relocation expenses negotiable.
Requirements:

A playful and engaging demeanour. Must love children!

Degree or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy

AHPRA registration
-
Current Working with Children Check and Police Check or ability to obtain

Vaccinated for COVID-19 and influenza
-
Full working rights within Australia

Drivers Licence
-
A commitment to working collaboratively within the BillyLids team
