About the Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join an established team with great staff benefits in a modern and convenient location in an ever growing business.
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our high performing, supportive and collaborative team at the Clayfield Office in Brisbane on a permanent full-time basis.

About the Role :

• High volume data entry
• Preparing & processing payment runs across multiple entities
• Review of invoice and vendor details in payment runs
• Manage and maintain multiple finance in-boxes ensuring items are actioned in a timely manner
• Bank account reconciliations
• Vendor Statement reconciliations
• Company credit card reconciliations
• Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Vendor Management
• Month end reporting and adhoc reporting as required

About You

• At least 2 years’ experience in a full function Accounts Payable Officer role
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly desired
• Strong communication skills; written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A desire to drive improvement in processes
• Highly curious
• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, One Note)
• Ability and desire to learn new systems
