We have an opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our team at Stockland Halcyon, offering luxury resort-style living designed for over 50’s. This newly created position will initially work between the two project sites, Stockland Halcyon Serrata, located in Burpengary East and Stockland Halcyon Dales, located in Beerwah, until such time the role is permanently based at Burpengary East.
About the role
Working closely with your Sales Professional, you’ll be providing sales support whilst also playing a significant role in the Customer Journey, as the homebuyers “go to” person for all touchpoints through their building process. This is a diverse role that brings together a blend of Sales and Customer Support and Administration.

What are we looking for?

A customer focus is what drives you – you understand delivering outstanding service and being a customer advocate

Background from home building, property development/real estate(in a support function), retail or hotel management (front desk support)

You’ll bring your administration and customer service experience with you, and sales support would be beneficial but not essential

You are great with technology and can pick up new systems easily – if you have experience with Salesforce, even better, but we are happy to train you with this

Work well to deadlines, excellent attention to detail and have strong self-management, but can also work under direction when required

Open to learning and looking to establish yourself into a longer-term career

You will need to have your own reliable transport and a full driver’s licence (mileage will be covered)

Exposure to contract and legal administration is advantageous
