About The Role
- Be the face of the Bundamba operation and set the energy for the Team
- Greet and welcome customers and other visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Promptly attend to incoming telephone calls and provide general and accurate information or direction to customer enquires.
- Processing emailed genomic submissions as well as monitoring and handling a shared inbox.
- Processing daily mail.
- Data entry of customers order into software program (SAP).
- Customer order track and trace.
- Perform other clerical/receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning.
- Assist in the daily maintenance and monitoring of the common areas.
- Ad-hoc tasks within administration function and wider business.
This is a permanent full-time position with an immediate start. Hours of business are 8:00AM to 4:06PM Monday to Friday. Please note - This is NOT a work from home position.

Requirements:

- Outstanding customer service/reception skills.
- Previous experience in a similar reception or customer service role.
- Previous SAP and Salesforce experience well regarded.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to solve problems in a calm, logical and professional manner.
