Join a dynamic, growing wholesale business with a strong house of brands and a global client network. Known for its exceptional strength in accessories, this collaborative company is looking for a Senior Accessories Designer to lead the design and development of innovative collections.
In this role, you will drive the creative process from concept to production, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver commercially viable and trend-driven accessories. You will manage supplier relationships, ensure product quality, and collaborate with key stakeholders to bring your designs to life.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of innovative accessory collections that align with the brand’s aesthetic and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive and commercially viable product launches.
  • Work closely with suppliers to manage product quality, timelines, and cost-effective production.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, providing key insights and direction to the team and ensuring the brand’s offerings remain competitive and fresh.
  • Present seasonal designs to key stakeholders and clients, showcasing your collections with confidence and passion.
  • Drive the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to final production, ensuring all designs meet the brand’s quality standards.
  • Coordinate the sourcing of materials, components, and fabrics, maintaining strong supplier relationships and exploring new opportunities for innovation.
  • Oversee the development of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and samples, ensuring accuracy and high-quality standards.
Required Background:
  • Proven experience as an Accessories Designer with at least 5 years in a similar role, ideally within a wholesale or brand-driven business.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, innovation, and a clear understanding of current trends within the accessories market.
  • Experience working with global suppliers and manufacturers, with a strong understanding of production processes and material sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A relevant degree in Fashion Design, Accessories Design, or a related field.
