The Role

This is an exciting chance for a Licensed Conveyancer to take ownership of property transactions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and compliant property settlements while delivering outstanding service to clients. Supported by a collaborative team, this role offers the perfect platform to grow and excel.
The Duties

• Handle the complete conveyancing process, including drafting contracts and preparing settlement documents.
• Conduct PEXA settlements with precision and efficiency.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, real estate agents, solicitors, and financial institutions.
• Maintain compliance and ensure all transactions are managed with meticulous attention to detail.
• Oversee registration processes, settlements, and post-settlement tasks.

Experience

• A valid Conveyancer’s License in NSW
• 2-3 years' experience
