The Role – Team Lead
This role is all about making a difference. As a Team Lead, you’ll work closely with participants while supporting a dedicated team of Support Professionals. You’ll have the flexibility to shape the role as the organisation evolves, ensuring participant needs are always met with care and professionalism.
What You’ll Do:

Support Participants – Be hands-on in delivering participant-centred care and ensuring their needs and goals are prioritised.

Lead & Mentor – Guide Support Professionals, fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Adapt & Grow – As Spark Tasmania expands, help shape processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

Build Relationships – Work closely with participants, families, Allied Health Professionals, and funding bodies to ensure seamless service delivery.

Ensure Quality & Compliance – Uphold high service standards and align with industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For:

A strong leader with a passion for participant-focused care.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to guide and support a team while being adaptable to change.

Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to making a difference.

The skillset to solve problems whilst thinking outside the square to achieve quality outcomes.

Capable of staying composed while resolving issues in high-pressure situations.

Required checks: NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, and two professional references.

A valid Australian driver’s license.
