The Company
This venue is a Dynamic and Award winning Cafe in Hindmarsh, with a strong focus on high quality, in-house produced food and locally roasted coffee.
They take a wholesome approach to food, producing nourishing and contempory all day breakfast and lunches with a twist.
The Role
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes. You will assist the Head Chef in creating menu items and recipes and developing dishes. You will also assist with managing health and safety and other junior members.
Skills and Attributes
- Experience in a fast paced kitchen
- People focussed with a flair for customer service
- You set a good example for others
- Ideally used to working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Passion for great presentation
