St. Paul’s Catholic Primary School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Indonesian Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Indonesian to primary school students, a strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum, and a commitment to fostering a love of language learning.

Essential Criteria:

  1. A demonstrated understanding of the ethos of a Catholic school and its mission.
  2. Ability to plan, prepare, and deliver teaching programs that meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students, aligned with relevant curriculum policies and education trends.
  3. Knowledge of effective and inclusive teaching processes, including the use of technology and assessment, to establish a challenging learning environment.
  4. Effective communication skills with students, families, and the wider community.
  5. Ability to plan and apply behaviour management strategies to maintain a supportive and restorative learning environment.
  6. Collaborative and communicative skills to establish productive partnerships within an intercultural school community.
  7. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and adherence to the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
  8. Current registration with the Teacher Registration Board of the Northern Territory and a current Working with Children Clearance (NT).
