As a Service Technician with specialist HVAC skills you will be working with key clients across the portfolio.
Here is a snapshot of your day:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on various HVAC systems.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients.
- Coordinate work assignments to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
- Determine job priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Attending callouts as per rostered requirements
- Prepare comprehensive service reports, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Stay updated on HVAC technology advancements.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrated experience as a HVAC Technician
- Current Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Qualification
- Restricted Electrical License (unrestricted Electrical license would be advantageous
- Arctick refrigerant handling license
- Valid C Class License
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of OH&S requirements.
