Position Overview
Black Swan Theatre Company is seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to bring our productions to life online. In this role, you'll drive digital and social media strategies, create engaging content, manage online platforms, and optimise audience engagement. You'll also craft eDMs, track performance, and collaborate with designers, media agencies, and internally to deliver impactful digital campaigns that captivate and engage audiences.

Selection Criteria
Essential
-
Proven experience in digital marketing, including eDM creation, social media management, and website updates.

Expertise in tools such as Wordfly, Sprout, Canva, and video editing software.

Proficiency in website management and SEO/SEM best practices.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.

Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on creating engaging, on-brand content.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines.

Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams and with external stakeholders.
Desirable

Degree or certification in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related fields.

Knowledge of Tessitura or similar CRM systems.

Experience in the performing arts or a related industry.

Familiarity with audience segmentation tools (e.g., MHM Culture Segmentation).

Experience in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Event coordination experience.
