About the role:
The Rostering Administrator's role is to efficiently and effectively roster Care and Support staff for home visits, ensuring that the scheduled times align with the clients' care needs. The goal is to minimise travel time for caregivers while accommodating clients' preferred visit times as much as possible.

Record Keeping and Documentation

Compliance and Quality Assurance
The position is permanent full-time, working 76 hours per fortnight; 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
What about you:

Previous experience in rostering/scheduling or a related area

Experience in the Community Aged Care Sector

Excellent organisational and time management skills
-
Possession of Certificate 3 in Individual Support will be highly regarded

A full National Police Clearance (less than six months old)

Ideally you will possess two COVID vaccinations and a current flu vaccination
