What You Will Be Doing
The successful candidate will have great knowledge with reading plans and being able to execute these. The role also entails:Weld navy ships and offshore patrol vessels Shipbuilding all steel Flux core welding with ceramic backing, flux weld, tack weld, fillet weld, and heavy structural welding Confined space welding on the hull, structure, and internals of ships Weld to Defence standards and pass 100% x-ray testing of components
What You Require
Cert III Engineering Fabrication. White CardConfined Spaces Willing to obtain a National Police Clearance Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug screenMarine Vessell Experience.
