Your Role in Our Mission
As the Clinical Operations Manager , you will:

Oversee the daily operations of TiBi Healthcare’s mobile services

Manage resources, budgets, and staffing to ensure efficient service delivery

Lead, mentor, and support clinical and operational teams to achieve excellence
-
Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and systems
-
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement
-
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and healthcare standards
-
Provide remote support to regional teams, troubleshooting operational challenges as they arise
What We’re Looking For
-
Current AHPRA Registration, backed by extensive clinical experience
-
Relevant qualifications in Health, such as a degree in nursing
-
Demonstrated leadership success, with proven skills in guiding and developing clinical teams.

Extensive understanding of occupational health, primary care or community health,
-
Experience with diagnostic services – highly desirable
-
Experience leading diverse teams, ideally with remote service delivery models

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Ability to problem-solve and support remote teams from a central base
-
Proficiency in healthcare systems and electronic health records
