Based in Perth, you will be main contact point for all service activities relating to preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and service contracts management for Western Australia (ability to support your Team across other States as and when required).
In this role you will be responsible for:

Managing customer calls efficiently and effectively the first time, on time, and register them in the service management system

Creating service work orders as necessary (Preventative Maintenance, Breakdown, Validation, presales, etc.)

Assigning, scheduling, and dispatching Field Services Engineers (FSE’s) to assigned service orders based on the skills matrix/advice of the senior FSE and or State Service Manager / Service Coordination Manager

Skills and Experience:
-
Previous experience in a Healthcare related environment is advantageous
-
Experience within a service environment – highly desirable
-
Knowledge of SAP – preferred not essential

Current relevant State Driver’s License.

Technical acumen with the ability to work as an individual, and as part of a team.

Able to set own priorities with good time management skills

Ability to take complete ownership of your work from end to end
