Major Customer Executive

This role is responsible for strategic account management of BOC's major customers across Region South Pacific.
What you will enjoy doing
- Manage a portfolio of major customers and establish relationships with new non-BOC customers to increase revenues by sales of all products and services to these customers
- You will conduct sales campaigns to targeted customers to sell our range of products in accordance with marketing strategies on a daily basis. You shall extensively generate leads, identify customer needs and ‘add-on’ or ‘cross-selling’ opportunities.
- You are responsible for contract management, negotiations, customer analysis & review to ensure full value of contract is realized
- Manages the impact at customer site level of changes to the contract and Product Service Offer by ensuring alignment of internal stakeholders and processes
- You shall increase the profitability of your portfolio through effective price management and product substitution. Positively influence the customer's perception of BOC primarily through strong customer focus and selling our extensive range of products to meet their needs
- Furthermore, you will collect Market insight / Competitive activity within Salesforce. Understand the commercial decision-making processes and ensure the appropriate relationships are established and fostered to generate sales
What makes you great
- You have minimum of 5 years of field Sales experience
- Ability to work independently with demonstrated sales results is required for this role
- Experience working with CRM platforms (SFDC preferable)
- Hands on experience in securing long term contracts
- Further, you have previous experience with business development, outbound sales, account management, or similar role highly desirable
- Relevant industry experience is desirable though not mandatory
