We are looking to add a service-focused Supervisor to our front-of-house team at The Royal Hotel.

The venue operates 7 days a week. This is more than just a pub, it’s a historic heritage-listed building with an incredible story that you can become a part of.
About the role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to deliver exceptional products and service alongside our venue leaders and wider team. We pride ourselves on high level of guest service, consistency with food and drinks, great banter with our patrons, and a healthy team culture.
Set service standards alongside our Venue Manager, and drive our venue's vision. You'll be training and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards, and assisting with beverage stock control.
Full-time hours available, this role is ideal for someone who has some supervising experience and an Approved Manager's Card.
What you bring to the table:
- A minimum of 3 years of bar and floor experience in a large-scale hospitality venue, with previous team-leader experience a must.
- A strong passion for hospitality and customer service, along with a solid grasp of current trends in food, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Positive can-do attitude and approach to all situations.
- WA RSA certificate, Food Safety Certificate and Australian working rights. Approved Manager's Card will be looked favourably on.
Key attributes and skills must include:
- Customer-focused with an ability to build connections with our guests
- Wine, beer and spirit knowledge is a big plus
- Experience in a large-scale hospitality venue
- Positive approach to all situations, and an honest work ethic
