The Role
As the Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for the managing and coordinating the movements of materials, equipment, and act as a conduit between site and warehouse Projects Teams.
This is a Perth warehouse role, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Logistics – Coordinate all activities associated with warehousing, stock control, and transportation of all project required items.
- Equipment Preparation and Dispatch – Audit all items to ensure the are clean, functional, packed and prepared for dispatch to project sites.
- Tooling Container Management – stock all tooling containers with necessary consumables, PPE and maintenance supplies for a range of project activities.
- Equipment Register Management – Develop, maintain, audit and update equipment register to track equipment usage and movements between sites.
- Compliance – Handle all equipment and materials in accordance with safety procedures, confirming all mandatory compliance requirements.
About You:
- Forklift licence
- HR / MR licence advantageous
- Experience in logistics coordination
- Exposure to working on remote construction sites
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Knowledge of power generation equipment parts, highly desirable
