About the role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to be a key driver of their sales efforts, responsible for driving revenue, achieving sales targets, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction (CSAT). Based in Welshpool, success in this role is underpinned by product sales experience, customer-centricity and leadership skills. They will work alongside the Marketing and Procurement stakeholders to optimize collaboration and increase opportunity for the business.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Effectively develop and communicate the Sales strategy Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Motivate team and foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and market segments.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate value proposition.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service excellence across the team.

  • Professional attitude and approach to your work with a positive outlook.
  • Possess a can-do attitude and be a creative thinker.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Have proven success in a similar sales leadership and business development role.
