Position: Support Worker

Location: Karabar, NSW

The CareSide is experiencing exciting growth and is currently seeking a dedicated Support Worker/Carer for our operations in Karabar, NSW . As a national leader in Home Care Packages, The CareSide operates from our head office in Perth, Western Australia, with remote offices across Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, and Queensland.

The Candidate:

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about enhancing the lives of others, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised, punctual, friendly, and genuinely caring towards clients.

The Role:

As a Support Worker/Carer in Karabar, NSW , you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • National Police Clearance Certificate
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
  • Smartphone
  • Availability for overnight shifts during the week and weekends
