About the role:
We’re seeking someone with prior mine site experience, whether in machinery operation or as a site administrator. If you’re interested in becoming a Recruitment Advisor and have a solid understanding of mobile plant and project operations, we’d love to hear from you.
Based at our Malaga head office, this exciting full-time opportunity offers a Monday to Friday schedule with flexible hours, completing 8-hour days, and the possibility of a work-from-home day.
About you:
- Experience on mine sites with knowledge of mobile plant and project operations.
- Interested in recruitment and helping support our projects with the right talent.
- Computer literate.
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and referrals to find top candidates.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
