Join our Work Health Safety Team as a Business Partner!

The WHS Business Partner will take the lead in driving the implementation of SALHN’s WHS management systems across their assigned divisional portfolios. This dynamic role involves working closely with managers, workers, health and safety representatives, volunteers, and contractors all while responding swiftly to critical situations. The role responsibilities incorporate Worksite Safety Inspection audits, supporting local Management with their hazard rectification, while producing scheduled WHSIM Divisional Due Diligence reports of emerging risks through Divisional Senior Leadership meetings.

Beyond that, the WHS Business Partner will play a key role in empowering divisional senior management and WHS committees to develop and execute innovative injury prevention initiatives, creating a safer, healthier workplace and significantly reducing the risk of serious harm.
