The Role:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives and drive organisational success.
- Provide guidance, coaching and support to managers on all HR-related matters, including performance management, industrial relations, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Lead talent management processes, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Partner with leaders to manage organisational change and ensure smooth transitions during periods of transformation.
- Support and advise on recruitment, onboarding, and employee development to build a high-performing team.
- Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in people practices.
- Promote compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Working with the injury Assist team, manage Workers Compensation and RTW for South Australia
- Confident with their HR knowledge - able to run as a stand alone resource whilst also understanding the time to reach back for support
- Has had exposure to enterprise agreements and awards and understands how to interpret industrial instruments
- Can collaborate with and coach leadership
- Ability to influence and build trust with leadership, managers, and employees at all levels.
