Are you an extraordinary individual with a passion for providing quality in-home care services? We have an exciting opportunity for you to make a difference in the lives of our clients in Geelong.
We have a variety of shifts available for day and evening, and overnight shifts in various locations across Geelong and Bellarine including but not limited to Norlane, Corio, Bell Park and more!
About the Role
We are seeking extraordinary Disability Support Workers to support clients in the comfort of their homes in Geelong. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities, focusing on enhancing their comfort, independence, and well-being.
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide tailored care, assisting with:
  • Personal Care
  • Manual Handling
  • Domestic Assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
  • Transport & Community Access (escorted and unescorted shifts)
  • Meal Preparation (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
You will be a key part of our clients' lives, offering emotional support, facilitating social interaction, and helping them reach their personal goals.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience with behaviours of concern
  • Previous background in aged care, disability support, or home/community care preferred
  • Relevant qualifications (Aged Care, Disability Support, Individual Support, or Nursing)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
