On behalf of our client, The Plaza Hotel, we are advertising. The Plaza Hotel located in Kalgoorlie are looking for a skilled Duty Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Tasks & Duties:

Assist greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed. Assist with administering check-ins and check-outs.

Coordinating with every department to ensure every guest has a flawless stay.

Maintain an efficient room inventory

Assist processing meal and beverage requests with food and beverage department as and when required (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

Regular staff training in the areas of service skills and product knowledge, incorporating RSA, and Approved Manager WA to ensure safe and exceptional service.

Carrying out any other reasonable duties as directed by the General Manager to enhance guest journey and hotel services.
Skills & Experience Required:

Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a relevant qualification

At least 3 years relevant experience
Salary from $73,150 per annum + superannuation.
