Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, and Asta Power Project.Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Perform critical path analysis and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies.Align scheduling with cost control and budgeting processes.Conduct what-if analyses to assess different scheduling scenarios.Continuously refine planning and scheduling processes for improved efficiency.Ensure compliance with contractual and company scheduling requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).5+ years’ experience in project planning and scheduling.Expertise in scheduling tools such as Expert Estimation, Primavera P6, MS Project, and ModelRisk.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to anticipate and resolve scheduling challenges.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of construction regulations and industry standards.
