As a Health Care Worker, you will play a vital role in meeting the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse you will provide resident-focused, holistic care, adhering to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting residents to meet their needs as defined by them in a variety of Care Community settingsProvide resident focused and holistic care under the supervision of the Registered & Enrolled NursesAccurate documentation of resident care and meeting of health service guidelinesEnsure a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors and staffProvide resident focused service in relation to meals / food services
Skills And Experience
Successful completion of a Certificate III in Individual Support (or relevant equivalent)Assist Clients with Medication Unit, desirable but not essentialCurrent HLTFSE001 - Follow Basic Food Handling Practices certificate, or willingness to obtainCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtainPrevious experience in a similar role would be preferred, but is not essential
