About the Role:We are seeking skilled Testing Analysts at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels to join a Federal Government project. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects that support critical government services.You will be responsible for performing a range of testing activities across different phases of the software development lifecycle, working collaboratively with project teams, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirementsPerform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testingIdentify, log, and manage defects through to resolutionCollaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managersProvide clear and concise reporting on test progress, risks, and issuesContribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and standardsSkills and Experience Required:Proven experience as a Testing Analyst in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments (level dependent)Experience with manual and automated testing tools and methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsISTQB Certification (desirable but not mandatory)Eligibility Requirements:Australian Citizenship is mandatoryAbility to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance (or already holding one is highly regarded) Apply now to secure an interview or contact Luther Borgas at luther.borgas@talentinternational.com
