Job Summary: As the Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Essential's service delivery. Your focus will be on ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and fostering a culture of quality care for our participants.
Responsibilities: In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for the following key duties:
- Effective Resource Management: Oversee the efficient allocation of resources to ensure the timely and budget-friendly delivery of high-quality services, adhering to contractual arrangements and striving for the best possible outcomes for our participants.
- Service Delivery and Operations Management: Ensure day-to-day operations run seamlessly, prioritizing efficiency, safety, and the delivery of top-notch support to our participants:
- You will monitor service quality and compliance with NDIS guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with service providers and support workers to ensure participants receive the services they need.
- Team Leadership and Supervision: Provide strong leadership to the team, effectively escalating incidents as needed including:
- Manage and lead a team of service coordinators and administrative staff.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Ensure that staff are adequately trained in NDIS Quality commission processes and policies.
- Budget Management & Continuous Improvement: Lead and monitor the organization's plan for continuous improvement, constantly seeking ways to enhance service quality and participant satisfaction:
- In partnership with the Finance team, develop and manage budgets for NDIS operations, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet participant needs.
- In partnership with Finance team, monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Facilitating Meetings: Coordinate and lead regular meetings with staff, residents, and relatives, fostering open communication and collaboration:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, service providers, advocacy groups, and community organizations.
- Represent the organization at NDIS-related meetings and events.
- Data Management:
- Oversee the collection and management of participant data and records in compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
- Use data analytics to track and analyze service outcomes and participant satisfaction.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate operational risks related to service delivery, funding, compliance, and participant safety.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Emergency Response: you will be responsible for developing and implementingemergency response plans to address unexpected events or crises that may impact the company’s operations.
- Performance Reviews and Improvement Plans: Conduct regular performance reviews for staff, address any performance gaps, and collaborate with HR to initiate improvement plans.
Qualifications and Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing health services in a similar capacity or relevant field. Support Coordinators, Therapists, Community Integration Managers, Facility managers are welcome to apply.
- People Leadership & Management Qualifications: People Leadership and management qualifications and experience are highly desirable, demonstrating your commitment to the healthcare field.
