With a growing national presence and an innovative approach to e-commerce, they are seeking a skilled Customer Service Assistant Manager to support their journey of delighting customers and empowering their team to exceed customer expectations.
As the Customer Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Service Delivery Manager, ensuring the seamless delivery of customer service excellence. You will actively lead by example, foster team collaboration, and champion continuous improvement to create a positive impact across all customer interactions.
The Role:
- Lead, influence and support your team to exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and grow your team’s capabilities to achieve long term retention.
- Effective roster management to meet diverse trading patterns while optimising costs.
- Review and manage response rates on all queries and escalate where appropriate.
- Evolve efficiency processes to lift productivity and support growth.
- Hands on leadership role with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceeding customer expectations via all touch points.
- Experience in leading and developing customer service teams in retail and e-commerce settings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer-first solutions.
- Passionate about team development, engagement and retention.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities and improve efficiencies.
- Hands-on experience with reporting metrics and ERP systems.
- A well organised manager with a desire to continually improve processes
