ConsultANZ are looking for a proactive and experienced Delivery Manager to lead and oversee spray seal projects across WA. You will manage safety, delivery, relationships, and team performance while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors, to ensure value-for-money outcomes.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote a Zero Harm culture and ensure safety standards are upheld.
- Conduct Toolbox meetings to reinforce safety protocols.
- Lead project planning, execution, and closure.
- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Support supervisors and teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals.
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and address risks or issues impacting project delivery.
- Optimize delivery processes for improved efficiency.
- Over 10 years of experience managing sealing crews and projects.
- In-depth knowledge of spray sealing processes and treatments.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on safety.
