Junior Receptionist/Accounts Assistant
Sanwell Pty Ltd and its associated Group of Companies are currently seeking a permanent full-time Junior Receptionist/Accounts Assistant. Our company is a large scale Commercial Plumbing business situated in a modern new Architectural Award-winning Office in Welshpool fitted with modern equipment and has plenty of parking.
The responsibilities include assisting our Accounts Department and CFO: -

Answering and directing incoming calls, as well as meeting and greeting clients who visit the office

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and maintaining office supplies

Weekly Payroll
-
Entering Creditor invoices
-
Filing
-
Word Docs and Excel Spreadsheets

Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming

Provide administrative support to the team and assist with general office duties when needed.

Handle mail distribution, both incoming and outgoing.
The ideal Candidate will have: -

Own a car to travel to work

Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office)

Some experience in organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach

Some communication and telephone manner

Able to work alone and as a team player

Be enthusiastic, conscientious and diligent with an excellent work ethic

The ability to multitask and pay attention to detail across various tasks
