Junior Receptionist/Accounts Assistant

Sanwell Pty Ltd and its associated Group of Companies are currently seeking a permanent full-time Junior Receptionist/Accounts Assistant. Our company is a large scale Commercial Plumbing business situated in a modern new Architectural Award-winning Office in Welshpool fitted with modern equipment and has plenty of parking.

The responsibilities include assisting our Accounts Department and CFO: -

  • Answering and directing incoming calls, as well as meeting and greeting clients who visit the office

  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and maintaining office supplies

  • Weekly Payroll

  • Entering Creditor invoices

  • Filing

  • Word Docs and Excel Spreadsheets

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming

  • Provide administrative support to the team and assist with general office duties when needed.

  • Handle mail distribution, both incoming and outgoing.

The ideal Candidate will have: -

  • Own a car to travel to work

  • Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office)

  • Some experience in organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach

  • Some communication and telephone manner

  • Able to work alone and as a team player

  • Be enthusiastic, conscientious and diligent with an excellent work ethic

  • The ability to multitask and pay attention to detail across various tasks
