Sales Manager (SA)
Full-Time | Norwood, Adelaide location | Attractive Base + Monthly Team Bonus | OTE $130k – 180k p.a.
Cornerstone Consulting Group (CCG) is proud to recruit on behalf of our client, a fast-growing financial services provider. We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager lead, train, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
This role is based in Norwood, Adelaide working between Monday and Friday 11am – 7pm. The occasional weekend work will be expected to cover major lead generation events (for example, Adelaide 500).
About the Role
This pivotal position is an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team of consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment, training, development, and performance management of your team, ensuring they meet daily sales and lead generation targets.
You will oversee daily sales meetings, field support, and in-home observations to maximise team productivity. Additionally, you will lead by example, conducting in-home appointments and lead generation activities when required.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with extensive experience in in-home sales and lead generation, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
As Sales Manager, you’ll lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, ensuring they hit targets and excel in lead generation. You’ll oversee daily sales meetings, field support, and performance management, driving success through hands-on leadership and strategic guidance.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of 8-12 consultants.
- Conduct daily sales meetings to drive team performance and provide ongoing training.
- Monitor consultant sales and lead generation performance, ensuring they meet KPIs.
- Provide field support, including in-home observations and call assistance.
- Oversee and manage consultant rosters, ensuring team efficiency.
- Work closely with the appointment allocation team to maximise sales opportunities.
- Ensure consultants effectively manage lead generation activities, including door questionnaires and drop box placements.
- Manage lead generation events, including set-up, performance monitoring, and team allocation.
- Conduct team debriefs and provide feedback to enhance sales performance.

Proven experience in in-home sales and lead generation
A track record of success in sales team leadership and performance management.
The ability to train, coach, and mentor a team to achieve outstanding results.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with an ability to manage daily sales operations.
A hands-on, lead-by-example approach to leadership.
The ability to manage rosters, reporting, and team scheduling effectively.
