We’re looking for a National Sales Manager to join our team and lead the growth of our Business Development team across Southeast Queensland (SEQ), Sydney, and Melbourne.In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strong business-to-business relationships, mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence through effective sales strategies and technology. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and grow the national Business Development team across SEQ, Sydney, and Melbourne.Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and performance.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for your team.Ensure the accurate and up-to-date management of Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.Travel regularly across regions to support and develop teams, ensuring alignment and success.
What We’re Looking ForProven experience in sales leadership and managing a high-performing sales team, with a focus on business-to-business sales.Industry experience within property or construction (essential).Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar tools to drive team efficiency and sales tracking.Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to effectively manage key business relationships.Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to develop your team and help them achieve success.Commercial acumen with a results-driven approach and a focus on business outcomes.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
