Description:
Join a national landlord with a significant portfolio of property across the country.In this role, you will be a key on-site team member, responsible for the day to day financial management of a well known shopping centre.
Additional duties include but not limited to:
- Assisting the Centre Manager with the accurate and timely preparation, analysis and reporting of budgets, outgoings, forecasts and audits.
- Providing financial information to stakeholders.
- Raising invoices, purchase orders, interest charges and reconciliation of tenant accounts and rental arrears.
- Managing daily retailer and tenant issues and assisting the centre manager with lease administration.
- Understanding and implementation of the Law and Retail Tenancy Act.
- Review legal invoices and documentation.
- Maintain and manage bank guarantees and the insurance register.
- Database management.
- General administration duties.
- Training and oversight of an Administration Assistant.
- 5+ years experience in the retail property industry.
- Ability to deal with complaints and resolve conflict situations.
- Highly proficient in word, excel and outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and highly focussed on accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and the ability to prioritise.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
