Apptech is a family owned and operated Apple Computer Authorised Sales/Reseller/Service Provider based in East Geelong, Victoria. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic person to join our retail sales team to help continue the growth of our business.
Key responsibilities of this role:
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing tailored solutions to customers and exceeding customer expectations.
• Guide customers through the process of purchasing their devices and the resolution of computer issues
• Provide ongoing customer support to promote customer loyalty, word of mouth and return business.
• Other duties relevant to the role as directed by management.
Successful applicants must demonstrate the following:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally.
• Ability to work in an autonomous capacity while contributing in a team environment.
• Strong presentation and rapport building skills.• Provide service and support customers in our retail showroom as well as via phone
• Must have interest in all things Apple related, Knowledge in the use of Apple devices
