An enthusiastic and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager is required to support the business with day-to-day sales and marketing duties, in a busy and fast-paced environment.

THE ROLE:
- Develop a marketing strategy and budget aligned with the business objectives to plan and execute events, marketing campaigns, promotions and advertising
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategies and accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms
- Create exciting content that aligns with our brand, including images, videos, and written copy
- Stay updated with social media trends and proactively suggest innovative ideas to improve our online presence
- Development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials to ensure consistent branding
- Work closely with the Leadership Team and liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, and industry partners to generate positive media coverage and brand exposure. Prepare and distribute press releases, manage media enquiries, and oversee media events
- Maintain and manage the development of the company’s website
- Provide excellent customer service
- Sell and promote tickets for all rides and attractions as well as group sales and private parties and events
- Maintain and respond to all review platforms, such as Google, Trip Advisor & Facebook
- Deliver sales training to the Ticket Office sales team and other key staff with the ability to generate additional sales
- Assist in the coordination of major events

The successful applicant must enjoy face to face interaction with our valuable guests and have a passion for providing an outstanding guest experience, to create memorable positive impressions. You will also help to ensure that all guests are delivered exceptional service through all facets of the business.
You will need to possess the following attributes;
- Be self-motivated, highly organised and able to meet deadlines
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Have the ability to multitask and work across various activities at any given time
- The ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
- Be able to take direction as well as take initiative and work unsupervised
- Have the flexibility and adaptability to grow with the organisation
- Graphic design skills are preferred but not essential
